Other State Provisions & Exemptions

Weight should not exceed 800 lbs per inch of tire width, no more than 11,200 lbs on a single wheel.
New York offers annual permits for the transport of overweight divisible loads.
Vehicles with idle reduction technology are permitted axle, vehicle, or bridge formula weights of up to 400 lbs over the limit.
